If your order has NOT shipped yet:

Please help us help you by giving us ALL of the necessary details in your message:
- Your order number from your emailed receipt (it looks like #W-1234).
- Your correct shipping address if you entered an incorrect one.
Once you've submitted your request, sit tight—we'll get back to you soon! Submitting multiple tickets for the same issue actually makes the process take longer.
If your order has already shipped:
You'll receive an email or text from us that says "Your Wishbeads order has been shipped!"
Unfortunately, we are unable to update the shipping address or call a package back once it's been handed over to the post office.
If the incorrect address is an address that does not actually exist, or if someone at the address refuses delivery, USPS will return the package to us. Please note that this return shipping process is very slow—it can take several weeks for your order to make its way back to us.
- If you're not in a hurry: You can wait for your package to make its way back to us. Once it arrives, we'll be happy to re-ship it (complimentary!) to the correct address.
If you need your Wishbeads in a hurry: Please place a NEW order to the correct address. Once the original (incorrectly addressed) order makes its way back to us, we'll be happy to refund you for that order.
