Eek, did you make a typo when entering your shipping address? Don't feel bad – it happens all the time!
If you just placed your order and it hasn't shipped yet, click here to contact us ASAP and give us your correct shipping address. We may be able to correct it before your order ships. Please make sure to include your order number (it's in your emailed receipt) so we can find it quickly.
If your order has already been shipped:
- You'll know because you'll have received a "Your Wishbeads order has been shipped!" email or text message from us.
- Unfortunately, we don't have any way to call a package back once it's been handed over to the post office, nor can we update the shipping address on the package remotely.
If the incorrect address that the package was shipped to does not actually exist, USPS will mark the package as "undeliverable as addressed" and return it to our warehouse.
In this case, we have two options:
- You can wait for your package to make its way back to us, and we can send it out again to the correct address, or
- If you need your Wishbeads in a hurry, you can place a NEW order to the correct address. Once the original (incorrectly addressed) order makes its way back to us, we'll be happy to refund that purchase.
Please note that we cannot offer replacements or refunds on orders that are incorrectly addressed and marked as "delivered" by the post office.
