Hours of operation
Our normal business hours are Monday – Friday from 9am – 5pm Pacific Time, excluding most U.S. holidays.
Orders placed outside of our normal business hours are considered received on the next business day.
Processing + Shipping your order
After we've received your order, we'll carefully package it up and pop it in the mail to you within 2 business days. For custom orders, very large orders, or orders placed during the holiday season, this processing time may be slightly longer.
All of our orders ship from Santa Monica, California via USPS.
Tracking your order
Once your order has shipped, you'll automatically receive your tracking number via email. Yay!
If you check your tracking number and it says your order isn't found, don't panic! It can take up to 24 hours after shipping for tracking information to become available online.
Please note that you receive the same tracking info that we receive. Sadly, we don't get any super-secret insider tracking info (wish we did!) so if you ask us about the location of your order, we will refer you back to the tracking info that you received via email.
Canadian friends: USPS tracking info can get a little vague once your package crosses the border from the U.S. into Canada. Enter your tracking number into the Canada Post website to get more detailed tracking information.

Please note that these delivery estimates are from when we ship your order, not from when you placed it. In other words, start counting when you receive that "Your order has shipped!" email.
Economy Shipping ($4.95 / FREE on U.S. orders $75+)

- Shipments to Hawaii, Alaska, or U.S. territories may take slightly longer.
Priority Shipping (price varies by destination)
- Once it ships, typically arrives within 3-4 business days inside the continental U.S.
- Shipments to Hawaii, Alaska, or U.S. territories may take slightly longer.
Shipping to Canada (price varies by destination)
- Once it ships, typically arrives within 1-3 weeks depending on location.
- Detailed tracking information is not always available for international orders.
- Your country's customs office and practices often determine how quickly your order reaches you. While we make every effort to make sure our packages are as customs-friendly as possible, they may pass one package through immediately while holding an identical package for several days.
- Please familiarize yourself with your country's customs fees, duties, and taxes before ordering. These fees may be assessed by your government and are intended to be paid by the buyer on out-of-country purchases. Wishbeads is unable to calculate these fees or pay them on your behalf.
International Shipping
We currently ship to the United States, including all U.S. territories, and Canada. For orders outside of the U.S. and Canada, we recommend Uncommon Goods, which carries a selection of Wishbeads jewelry and offers worldwide shipping.
