- Make sure to include your Order Number – it's on both your emailed receipt and on the packing slip that came with your order.
- Under Topic, select "There's a problem with my order".
- In the description, tell us about the damage.
- Snap a photo of the damaged item, including any damaged packaging. Cell phone pics are fine! Just make sure we can see what's going on.
- Attach this photo to your support request.
- Hit submit! We'll be in touch soon!
Please note that we must have a photo of the damage to your products to send a replacement.
