First things first:
Wishbeads bracelets have an elastic band to accommodate wrists of different sizes, so we recommend waiting until you receive your bracelet and try it on before deciding that it needs to be resized.
If you've measured your wrist and determined that you'll need a custom size, or you've already received your jewelry, we'll be happy to resize it for you!
Things to know about our custom resizing service:
For a new bracelet that you haven't ordered yet, you'll purchase both your bracelet and resizing at the same time. We'll resize your bracelet before we send it to you.
For a bracelet that you already own, you'll purchase custom resizing and then mail your bracelet to us. We'll resize it and then ship it back to you.
1 resizing purchase = 1 bracelet. Please add enough resizing to your cart if you would like more than one bracelet resized.
All resizing is done by hand, so this adds a few days to our normal shipping time. You can generally expect your order to ship within one week.
You'll be asked to pay for shipping at checkout. This is for shipping your finished, resized bracelet from Wishbeads to you. If you're sending back a bracelet that you already, you'll still need to pay at your local post office to ship it to us.
How to order custom resizing for your Wishbeads bracelet:
Enter your Resizing Instructions in the box.
You can measure your wrist (here's how) and tell us the size you need, or if you're sending back a bracelet you already own, tell us how many beads to add or remove.
Select where the bracelet is coming from.
Is this a NEW bracelet in your current order, or are you sending back a bracelet you already own?
Adjust the quantity if necessary. 1 resizing = 1 bracelet. If you have several bracelets in your cart but only one of them needs to be resized, tell us which one to adjust in the Instructions box.
If this is a NEW bracelet, you're done!
Click Add to Cart, make sure your new bracelet is in your cart too, and complete your purchase. We'll resize your brand new bracelet, package it up, and send it off to you.
If you're sending back a bracelet you already own, keep your eyes on your email!
Click Add to Cart and complete your purchase. We'll send you further instructions for mailing your bracelet back to us. Getting your bracelet safely into our mailbox is up to you. Make sure to package it up securely and get a tracking number!
Can I just remove some beads from my bracelet on my own?
We certainly can't stop you! It's your jewelry, after all, and some of our crafty, nimble-fingered customers have pulled it off. But we don't recommend it, and we're unable to accept returns or replace your bracelet if it breaks in the process.
