If you've just placed your order and it hasn't shipped yet
Click here to contact us ASAP and let us know what needs to change. Please make sure to include your order number (it's in your emailed receipt) so we can locate your order quickly.
To help us assist you more quickly (and so we don't have to delay your order longer while we ask you for extra details) please give us ALL the necessary details in your message:
- Your order number. This is in your emailed receipt and looks like #W-1234.
- If you need to add or remove a product, tell us which specific products should change.
- If you need to change your shipping address, give us the correct address.
- If you forgot to add a Gift Note, go ahead and tell us what you would like it to say.
If your changes affect the cost of your order
If your changes reduce the cost of your order, such as when removing a product, we'll send you a refund for the difference. If your changes add to your order, such as adding a product or upgrading shipping, we'll email you an invoice to pay the balance.
I entered the wrong billing address! Why did my order go through?
We cannot change the billing address on your order after your card has been charged, but believe it or not, that's actually not a problem!
There are two "fraud checks" that take place for every order – one by OUR ecommerce platform, Shopify, and another by YOUR credit card company. Because they know that customers often mistakenly enter an incorrect billing address, they check a whole range of things, such as your computer's IP address and your previous purchase patterns, when deciding whether to approve a transaction. The billing address that you enter at checkout is only a very tiny part of that verification check.
Customers are sometimes alarmed that they entered the wrong billing address and the transaction was approved anyway, but that simply means that these fraud-checking systems were able to validate your purchase based on other factors.
