Please help us help you by giving us ALL of the necessary details in your message, such as:
- Your order number from your emailed receipt (it looks like #W-1234).
- Which specific products you would like to add or remove.
- Your correct shipping address if you entered an incorrect one.
- Your Gift Note text if you forgot to add a gift message.
Once you've submitted your request, sit tight—we'll get back to you soon! Submitting multiple tickets for the same issue actually makes the process take longer.
If your changes affect the total cost of your order, we'll either issue a refund or send you an invoice to pay via email for any additional balance.
If your order has already shipped:
We are unable to change or cancel orders that have already shipped, but you can initiate a return after your order arrives and send it back to us within 30 days for a refund.
I entered the wrong BILLING address but my order went through!
We can't change the billing address on your order after your card has been charged, but believe it or not, that's actually fine! The billing address that you enter at checkout is only a very tiny part of the verification checks that banks and credit card companies do when you place an order.
If your order went through successfully, that simply means that your card provider was able to validate the transaction in another way.
Banks and credit card companies know that customers often mistakenly enter an incorrect billing address, so they use a range of factors, such as your computer's IP address and your previous purchase patterns, when deciding whether to approve a transaction.
