If you just placed your order and it hasn't shipped yet, click here to contact us ASAP and let us know. We may be able to intercept it before it ships. Please make sure to include your order number (it's in your emailed receipt) so we can find it quickly.
Note that some orders begin processing for shipment immediately after purchase (sometimes our warehouse is just too efficient!) and it may not always be possible to intercept them. If that's the case, we can help you initiate a return after your order arrives.
If we can intercept your order before it ships, please note:
- We cannot make changes to your order to change quantities, styles, or shipping speed. This isn't our policy – it's just a limitation of our ecommerce platform. Instead, we'll cancel and refund your order so that you can place a new one.
- We can make changes to your order to add a Gift Note. It's helpful to include the note you want in your initial support request so we can get this done more quickly.
- We can make changes to your shipping address. It's helpful to include the correct shipping address in your initial support request so we can get this done more quickly.
