While we don't offer exchanges, we're happy to help you return your order. Once we receive it, we'll refund your payment (excluding shipping fees) and you can place a new order for the product you prefer.
- Requests must be submitted within 30 days of purchase to be eligible for return.
- All returned products must be in new, unworn condition and in the original box with all original packaging and contents.
- You are responsible for any return shipping costs and for obtaining tracking information. Wishbeads cannot be held responsible for returns lost in the mail.
- Once we’ve received your returned product, we will refund the purchase price of the product to your original payment method, excluding shipping fees.

Can I return a product that I purchased in a retail store?
Can I return a product that I received as a gift?
You can! However, please note the following policies:
- We require the original order number and email address used to place the order to verify the purchase. We're unable to process returns without this information.
- Refunds can only be made to the original purchaser and to the original payment method. We are unable to issue refunds to anyone other than the person who placed the order.
