Oh no! The good news is that we're happy to replace your Wishbeads Bracelet or Necklace if it breaks within 30 days of purchase. If it's been more than 30 days, we offer an inexpensive repair service.
If your order was placed within the last 30 days:
- Click here to submit a support request.
- Make sure to include your Order Number – it's on both your emailed receipt and on the packing slip that came with your order.
- Under Topic, select "There's a problem with my order".
- In the description, tell us what happened.
- Snap a photo of the broken item. Cell phone pics are fine! Just make sure we can see what's going on.
- Attach this photo to your support request.
- Hit submit! We'll be in touch soon!
Please note that we must have a photo of your broken product to send a replacement. We are unable to replace items that have been lost or stolen.
If your order was placed MORE than 30 days ago:
- Click here to view and order our bracelet repair service.
- Click Add to Cart, and then check out and complete your order!
- IMPORTANT: You'll then receive two emails from us, so check your inbox:
- [Email #1] Your Order Receipt – print this out and include it inside the package when you send your bracelet back to us.
- [Email #2] Instructions for sending your bracelet back – all you have to do is follow them!
You can expect to receive your repaired bracelet in about 10-15 days after we receive it!
