If you've signed up on our website to Activate Your Wish, you'll receive an email from us each day for 21 days. Each email contains a brief audio message from Wishbeads founder Alexa Fischer and a simple action step you can take to move you closer to your wish.
Alas, technology isn't always perfect, and sometimes wishers run into trouble receiving those emails. If that's you, here's what you can do!
1. I signed up for Wishwork emails but I didn't receive anything!
That's no fun! Here are some things to check:
- Take a peek inside your spam folder. If you find our emails there, make sure to mark them "Not Spam" and move them to your inbox so it doesn't keep happening.
- Search your mailbox for the word "Wishbeads". If our emails were accidentally archived, trashed, or moved into a folder, this should turn them up.
- Have you completed or unsubscribed from Wishwork before? Jump down to #3 for help.
2. I was receiving Wishwork emails, but they suddenly stopped.
If your Wishwork emails stopped in the middle, here are some things to check:
- Did you unsubscribe from ANY Wishbeads emails or mark them as spam? Our email system assumes that if you unsubscribe from ANY of our emails, you want to stop receiving ALL of our emails. That means the Wishwork emails will also stop. Jump down to #3 for help.
- Take a peek inside your spam folder. If you find our emails there, make sure to mark them "Not Spam" and move them to your inbox so it doesn't keep happening.

3. I completed the Wishwork previously or unsubscribed from emails and now I want to start the Wishwork again:
Unfortunately, our email system won't let us send the Wishwork to you again at the same email address, but here are some options:
- Sign up with a different email address. If you have a second email address that you haven't used for the Wishwork yet, you can sign up again using that email address instead.
- Listen to the Wishwork in audio format via Spotify, Apple Podcasts, or on this page.
