Wishbeads Return Policy
We hope you love your Wishbeads! But if you're unhappy with your purchase for any reason, we're happy to help you return your order.
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery.
Products must be in new, unworn condition, with all original packaging and contents.
Gift cards and products that have been customized or resized cannot be returned.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Please obtain a tracking number; we cannot issue refunds for returns that are lost in transit.
Please ship your return within 30 days of opening your request, or we may cancel your return.
We can only accept returns for orders placed on Wishbeads.com. If you purchased a Wishbeads product from a retail store, please get in touch with that retailer to request a return.
How to Start a Return

- Enter your order number and the email address you used to place the order. You can find your order number on the Order Receipt you received via email.
- We'll approve your return and send you instructions for mailing your order back to us.
We don't offer exchanges at this time, but we're happy to help you return your order so you can place a new order for the product you prefer. Click here to start a return.
Can I return a product that I received as a gift?
You can! However, please note the following policies. These are limitations of our ecommerce system and not something we're able to work around. Thanks for understanding!
- We require the original order number or email address used to place the order. We are unable to verify the original purchase or process a return without this information.
- Refunds can only be issued to the original purchaser. We are unable to issue refunds to anyone other than the customer who placed the order.
- Refunds can only be issued to the original payment method. We are unable to issue refunds via cash, store credit, gift card, or a credit card other than the one used to place the order.
