Wishbeads Replacement Policy:
If your Wishbeads jewelry arrives damaged or breaks after you receive it, we're happy to replace it for you if you let us know within 30 days of delivery. If it's been more than 30 days, we offer an inexpensive repair service instead.
If your order was delivered in the last 30 days:
- Click here to submit a support request.
- Fill out the contact form completely. It's especially important that we have your Order Number and email address. You can find your Order Number on your emailed receipt.
- Attach a photo of your damaged or broken jewelry. A phone pic is fine! We just need to see what's going on.
- Hit submit. We'll be in touch soon!
Please note that we must have a photo of your broken or damaged product to send a replacement. We're unable to replace items that have been lost or stolen.
If your order was delivered MORE than 30 days ago:
- Click here to order our jewelry repair service.
- Complete your purchase.
- Check your inbox. You'll receive two emails from us:
- #1 Order Receipt. Print this out and send it back to us with your bracelet.
- #2 Instructions for sending your bracelet to us. All you have to do is follow them!
After we receive your repair, you can expect to get it back in about a week.
Things to know about our repair service:
- You'll be asked to pay for shipping at checkout. This covers shipping your repaired bracelet from Wishbeads to you when we're done with it. You'll still need to pay at your local post office to ship it to us for repair.
- Getting your bracelet safely into our mailbox is up to you. Make sure to package it up securely and get a tracking number!
